Resellers are not eligible for incentives and discounts on Non-Agency purchases. Resellers are not eligible for Agency Termidor termiticide/insecticide purchases. All Agency Termidor termiticide/insecticide, Trelona ATBS annual bait stations, and Advance termite bait stations are sold on behalf of BASF; Agency products must be purchased from a BASF PCS Authorized Agent and invoiced between October 1, 2026, and October 30, 2026. For Agency products, Qualified End-User will receive payment terms through March 21, 2027. Qualified End-User account must be in good credit standing to receive terms. Terms are given at the discretion of the Agents. All Agency sales are final. All Non-Agency Products must be purchased from a BASF PCS Authorized Distributor and invoiced between October 1, 2026, and October 30, 2026. Qualified End-User sale price and terms for all Non-Agency Products are determined by the Authorized Distributor. BASF PCS Authorized Distributor participation for Non-Agency Products may vary.
